What platforms and stacks do you work with?
Care plans and bug fixes adapt to whatever your site already runs on. AI integrations and custom builds work with any platform, including WordPress, Shopify, or a fully custom backend.
What counts as a "small bug fix"?
Broken layouts, a form that stopped submitting, a plugin conflict, a slow page, a checkout error — anything fixable in under an hour without a larger rebuild. Bigger issues get scoped and quoted separately before any work starts.
How does the AI chatbot actually work?
We connect an AI assistant to your own content — your FAQs, product pages, or documentation — so it answers with information specific to your business, not generic responses. You keep ownership of the data and the integration.
Is there a contract?
Care plans are month-to-month; cancel anytime with 14 days' notice. Project work (AI sprints, custom builds) is scoped and paid in milestones, so you always know what you're paying for before it happens.
We don't have a website yet — can you build one?
Yes. It's usually scoped as a Custom App Build or a smaller flat-rate site build depending on complexity — mention this on the audit call and we'll quote it directly.
